The decision to elect an entire Board of Directors every two years was approved in the 2015 General Assembly. The decision to change the Board of Directors' composition to conform to the Articles of Incorporation to the officers above was approved in the 2019 General Assembly.

Colonos La Hacienda is a residential community located next to the Sea of Cortez, south of the village of San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico. Our residents are from different parts of Mexico, the United States, South America, Canada, and Europe. although we come from the four corners of the world, we all agree that La Hacienda is one of the most beautiful spots on the planet. To live here is a privilege.

This website is maintained by the Board of Directors of Colonos La Hacienda, San Felipe, an ASOCIACION CIVIL registered in the state of Baja California. Here our property owners have access to our By-Laws, CC&Rs, financial reports, minutes of Board of Directors meetings, and more.
